City of Eugene - Box Office Ticket Seller
Immediate opening for a part-time, temporary ticket seller. This position will be approx 15-20hrs per week, with a duration of up to 3 months.
The Ticket Seller provides general support to the box office department.
*Assist customers with ticket purchases
*Inform customers of general information (i.e., upcoming events, ticket availability, event selection)
*Reconcile all sales and will call receipts
*Candidates must be computer literate and able to maintain a guest friendly, quality service attitude at all times
*Strong customer service experience, with the aptitude to resolve conflicts
*Ability to take and follow instructions
*Ability to work well with other staff members in a cooperative work environment
*Proven ability to attend to details
Ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, outgoing, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be able to demonstrate commitment and willingness to consistently provide excellent customer service at all times. Must be able to work flexible hours. Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
