Administrative Professional – Hybrid Work

Multiple Immediate Openings - Hybrid Work within the Insurance Industry!

At Quantum Recruiters we focus intently on providing talent to leading employers throughout the Pacific Northwest. For over 80 years, our client has built a reputation based on taking great care of people by delivering insurance plans to individuals and business throughout the Northwest. We are currently recruiting to fill several contract administrative positions.

Current openings are full-time, temporary roles lasting 3-6 months with the opportunity to apply for full-time, permanent positions within the organization. Positions require candidates to reside in Oregon and are hybrid!

Open Positions Include:

  • Sales & Service Coordinator
  • Individual Membership Representative
  • Group Processing Specialist
  • Membership Representative
  • COBRA Representative

Positions Require:

  • Previous administrative experience in a professional office
  • Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with a high attention to detail
  • Knowledge and skill to work within tight timelines
  • Experience in the medical field and / or experience with medical billing helpful but not required
