Administrative Professional – Hybrid Work
Multiple Immediate Openings - Hybrid Work within the Insurance Industry!

We are currently recruiting to fill several contract administrative positions.
Current openings are full-time, temporary roles lasting 3-6 months with the opportunity to apply for full-time, permanent positions within the organization. Positions require candidates to reside in Oregon and are hybrid!

- Sales & Service Coordinator
- Individual Membership Representative
- Group Processing Specialist
- Membership Representative
- COBRA Representative
Positions Require:
- Previous administrative experience in a professional office
- Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with a high attention to detail
- Knowledge and skill to work within tight timelines
- Experience in the medical field and / or experience with medical billing helpful but not required
