Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our client’s team. This is a full-time role in Eugene, OR. You will assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record daily financial transactions with the accounting software.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Help process invoices and payments.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Support in generating financial reports for management review.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
