Quantum Recruiters is proud to partner with the City of Eugene to fill 4 positions on the Illicit Activities team. The primary duty of this position will be helping to clean up litter, debris, graffiti, and working with the unhoused to remove illegal structures on park property. A successful candidate in this role demonstrates resiliency, compassion, diligence and dependability in their daily performance of this work.
Job Duties: Performs activities related to addressing cleanup of debris associated with illegal camping, litter, debris dumping, and graffiti. Assists in the posting of inappropriately located or non-compliant camps with “Notice of Scheduled Cleanup.” Performs graffiti abatement. Works in conjunction with Eugene Police, Park Ambassadors, adjacent landowners, citizens, and various contractors. Other duties include maintaining natural areas and open space areas, park infrastructure, landscaping and janitorial duties.
Experience: One year manual work in custodial, grounds keeping, park infrastructure and/or natural area maintenance, or building maintenance.
