The Facilities and Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance, operations, and care of buildings and properties, ensuring that all facilities-related functions: maintenance, landscaping, guest services, and security operate in alignment with company policies, standards, and culture.
Success in this position requires a strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, repair processes, cleaning standards, and public safety. The Facilities Manager must be an effective problem-solver, decision-maker, and leader capable of directing multiple teams and operational priorities.
Primary responsibilities include supervising general and preventive maintenance, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety, and managing the day-to-day work of the maintenance, landscaping, guest services, and security departments.
