Field Mechanic
Job Description

Today, the business is still family owned with roots in Lane County and work extending to Alaska, Washington, Idaho, Nevada and California.
We are actively seeking a full time Heavy Equipment Mechanic. Our client offers competitive compensation along with a rich benefits package including 100% of employee premiums paid for Health and Vision insurance, 401k with up to 4% employer match, PTO, iPhone, and opportunities for overtime. You will have the opportunity to be mentored by a former Caterpillar lead engineer with over 25 years of experience designing and performing all product support functions!

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years heavy equipment mechanic/component rebuild experience is desired! If you don’t have the experience but are a motivated individual with mechanical aptitude and desire to learn – we want to hear from you.
- Component rebuild experience (engines, transmissions, etc.)
- Automotive and/or Heavy Equipment engine repair
- Self starter with the ability to work independently
