We are seeking a driven and personable Project Manager to oversee residential roofing and siding projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects while delivering a high level of service, building strong client relationships and contributing to a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 10–12 residential roofing or siding projects per week, with typical project timelines of 2–3 days
- Oversee job sites to ensure quality workmanship, efficiency, safety, and timely completion
- Coordinate crews, materials, and schedules to keep projects running smoothly
- Perform material audits and verify the accuracy of orders and usage
- Review material estimates to ensure projects are properly set up
- Use EagleView to create precise project measurements, improving efficiency and accuracy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing updates and support
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
- Support a sales-oriented approach by recognizing and acting on new business opportunities in the field
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing projects in the roofing or construction industry
- Experience with EagleView, AccuLynx, or similar roofing/project management software preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a personable and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
