As the HRIS Analyst III, you will be responsible for supporting HR/Payroll systems primarily, UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Management, Benefits and Reporting applications. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating regularly with HR and Payroll team colleagues and other business partners to ensure that business processes are optimized to align with the technology and provide an excellent user experience with the systems supported.
  • Investigating, modifying and implementing additional capabilities in the HCM while working closely with Human Resources and Payroll team members to understand business requirements and ensure that existing workflows are set up to properly function to meet business needs across the organization.
  • Leading project responsibilities with a high-level understanding of UKG methodology and configuration knowledge.
  • Reviewing, testing and assisting with the implementation of UKG system upgrades; collaborating with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of an upgrade or fix and documenting process and results.
  • Acts as the functional liaison between the HR, Payroll and IT to assists with project tasks such as integration with third party programs, requirements gathering, design validation, end user/system testing, etc.
  • Researches and addresses data integrity issues and/or errors (i.e., back-end data, position, and organization management processes). Ensures a high level of data integrity is maintained and transactions are accurate.
  • Partners with the HR /Payroll team to design and develop functional reports, dashboards, and metrics. Reviews and analyzes information to drive performance, identify trends, and develop/implement functional improvements, escalating issues and proposed solutions as appropriate.
  • Create training modules for HR/Payroll team, supervisors/managers, and end users.
  • Ensures reporting accuracy by reviewing, analyzing, and reconciling relevant data according to established timelines, standards, and procedures. Performs audits and validations of UKG transactions. Examines and verifies system related data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Stays up to date on trends and developments within HR systems and technology, proactively providing ideas and information regarding best practices and trends. Works to enhance the capability of self and team.
  • Participates in and supports cross-functional projects and ensures timely completion of assigned responsibilities within established constraints.
  • Maintains project plans. Maintains all compliance requirements. Analyzes and corrects errors and ensures proper quality controls are in place to avoid future errors.
  • Partners with management in adhering to business objectives and costs by providing data, input, review, analysis, modeling, or other information and support for HR systems.
  • Perform UKG administrative functions such as security maintenance, business process, and tenant configuration, data loads, and upgrade evaluation.
  • Partner with UKG, third party vendors and internal stakeholders on troubleshooting issues and resolution.
  • Research, recommend and implement (or work with consulting partners to implement these changes) automated system changes and enhancement requirements for HR/Payroll systems.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations of HR/Payroll systems, data and processes.
  • Partner with HR/Payroll team to create policies, procedures and standards for the effective and efficient use of HR systems. Drive implementation and communication of these changes.

This position will require one to three years HRIS experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and affiliated programs highly preferred. Qualified applicant should be self-motivated, able to work in a team environment, possess exceptional organization skills and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. Above average skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
