At Quantum Recruiters we focus intently on providing talent to leading employers through out the Pacific Northwest.  We are proud to partner with a leader in commercial | residential construction and excavation to fill a Heavy Equipment Operator role.  

We are seeking candidates with the following experience:

  • 3+ years operation experience
  • Previous experience operating excavators, loaders, backhoes, skid steers, rollers and compaction equipment
  • Class A CDL
  • Prefer experience in commercial and residential site prep, grading and/or septic system installation

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Operation of dump trucks to haul material and equipment
  • Loading, binding and unloading construction equipment 
  • Use of laser equipment and measuring tools
  • Ability to read blue prints
