Job Summary - Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is office-based, focusing on computer and phone-based outreach to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to generate new leads and opportunities
- Follow up on inbound leads and qualify potential clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication
- Manage the sales pipeline, track activities, and update records in our CRM system (HubSpot)
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle objections effectively
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar customer-facing role (1–2 years preferred)
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools; experience with HubSpot is highly preferred
- Excellent phone presence with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working primarily on computer and phone
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
