- Verifiable experience in a professional office environment managing administrative tasks (payroll, annual audits, process improvements, daily/weekly/monthly bookkeeping)
- Previous experience using QuickBooks is required
- Exceptional organization, written and verbal communication skills a MUST
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using MS Office Suite
- Ability to provide excellent service to internal and external customers via phone and in writing
