This role also provides consultation and clinical guidance to staff through collaboration, case review, and treatment recommendations for complex behavioral health conditions.</p>  <p>The provider works as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, offering direct care and consultative support. This is a 30-hour per week position with a hybrid work arrangement. Work may be performed in-office and remotely via phone or video; however, in-person services are required based on program and participant needs.</p>  <p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong>:</p>  <p><strong>Direct Clinical Care â 75%</strong></p>  <ul>  <li>Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and evaluation for adults with severe mental illness</li>  <li>Utilize pharmacology within the scope of licensure and Oregon Administrative Rules</li>  <li>Provide regular medication services to program participants, ensuring medical oversight of the co-occurring mental health and substance use treatment plans</li>  <li>Interpret laboratory and diagnostic test results and provide appropriate treatment modalities</li>  <li>Diagnose diseases, ailments, and psychiatric illnesses</li>  <li>Provide care in-office and periodically in participant homes, or other locations as needed</li>  <li>Complete timely documentation of services rendered into the EHR</li>  <li>Provide backup coverage for medical team members as needed due to vacations, illnesses, etc.</li>  <li>Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations governing patient care</li>  <li>Meet all ethical and legal standards</li>  </ul>  <p><strong>Collaboration and Continuity of Care â 25%</strong></p>  <ul>  <li>Collaborate with staff and community care providers to ensure continuity of care</li>  <li>Maintain effective, positive working relationships with community agencies</li>  <li>Participate in program development and other duties assigned</li>  <li>Advise treatment for participants needing more intensive or specialized mental health care until they can be connected to appropriate services</li>  <li>Conduct case review consultations, especially for participants not improving under current treatment plans or those with complex medical/psychiatric presentations</li>  <li>Participate in collaboration with the Director of Behavioral Health and/or Medical Director, in reviewing medical records and supporting adherence to behavioral health protocols within required timelines</li>  </ul>  <p><strong>Required Knowledge and Abilities</strong>:</p>  <ul>  <li>Ability to synthesize medical and psychiatric data, conduct suicide and risk assessments and formulate DSM diagnosis(es) and evidence based clinical recommendations</li>  <li>Ability to communicate appropriately with staff and clients, including individuals with severe mental health symptoms</li>  <li>Ability to enter clinical documentation into an electronic health record system.</li>  <li>Ability to follow and manage scheduled commitments</li>  <li>Proficiency with electronic health records, mobile technology, computers, and standard office equipment</li>  <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team</li>  <li>Knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality requirements as they relate to health care and, specifically, behavioral health.</li>  <li>Ability to respond effectively and sensitively to diverse populations, including those defined by race, ethnicity, language, age, sex, sexual orientation, economic status, disability, migrant and seasonal worker status, homelessness, people living with HIV/AIDS, and others.</li>  <li>Ability to meet Universal Expectations of Employment</li>  <li>Ability to perform physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 20 pounds, standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, grasping, tolerating strong odors, speaking, repetitive motion, computer use, and local travel</li>  </ul>  <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong>:</p>  <ul>  <li>Licensed to practice as a PMHNP in the State of Oregon</li>  <li>Master's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and completion of a Nurse Practitioner program specific to the expanded specialty of Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)</li>  <li>Credentialing, training, or experience in addiction medicine or addiction psychiatry to meet Oregon Administrative rules for a LMP competency standards to deliver Integrated Co-Occurring Disorders (ICD) Treatment</li>  <li>Experience with or desire to work with individuals experiencing severe mental illness symptoms including psychosis</li>  <li>Documentation of current BLS/CPR</li>  <li>Documentation of positive clearance from the National Healthcare Integrity & Protection Data Bank and the HHS Office of Inspector General Exclusions Database</li>  <li>Eligible for NCQA standard credentialing as LMP</li>  <li>Documentation of successful completion of a background and fingerprint check as specified by Oregon law as well as a urinalysis drug screen. Prior experience in PACE, skilled nursing, or a managed Medicaid setting is preferred.</p>  <p>Education, Certificates, Licenses: CPR certification (BLS or ACLS) is required. A current and valid Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certificate and a valid Oregon driverâs license are also required.</p>  <p>For Nurse Practitioners: A valid, unrestricted license as an independent Oregon-licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) is required. An active Oregon RN license (a legal requirement for licensure as an APRN) is also required.</p>  <p>For Physician Associates: A valid, unrestricted license as a Physician Associate (PA) in the State of Oregon with the Oregon Medical Board is required. A PA collaboration agreement must be signed by an MD/DO/DPM physician or employer as defined in ORS 677.495 and OAR 847-050-0010.             <description><![CDATA[<p>At Quantum Recruiters we focus intently on providing talent to leading employers throughout the Pacific Northwest.&nbsp; We are proud to partner with the City of Eugene to fill Public Works Maintenance & Parks seasonal general labor positions.</p>  <p><strong>Seasonal Maintenance Workers</strong>: May perform a variety of routine, manual, custodial, or service tasks; operate non-CDL&nbsp;vehicles and light construction or maintenance equipment; may perform tasks in the maintenance of city streets, sidewalks, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, traffic, and&nbsp;wastewater&nbsp;treatment plant.</p>  <p><strong>Seasonal Parks Workers</strong>: May perform a variety of routine, manual, custodial, or servicing tasks: may operate non-CDL&nbsp;vehicles and light construction or maintenance equipment.&nbsp; May perform tasks in the maintenance of City parks and facilities, including parks, park buildings, public restrooms, landscape and tree maintenance, carpenter or painter assistant, irrigation, horticulture and may engage with members of the public providing quality customer service.<br /> <br /> Positions are 40 hours per week that last between 2 to 6 months in duration up to 1039 hours worked in a calendar year. Days and hours vary depending on assignment.<br /> <br /> <strong>Minimum Requirements</strong><br /> Valid driver's license, or ability to obtain by date of hire; must pass driving records check and if hired, maintain a driving record that meets the City's standard.&nbsp; Must also pass a physical exam including drug screen.&nbsp; For positions that may require driving, must be at least 18 years of age.</p>  <p><strong>Duties Performed</strong></p>  <ul>  <li>Performs manual tasks in the maintenance, sanitation, and/or repair of City streets, sewers, grounds, buildings, structures and equipment.</li>  <li>May assist in performing minor carpentry, maintenance activities involving asphalt,<br /> crack sealing and concrete repair or preventive work, painting, and other related tasks.</li>  <li>May assist in leaf collection program.</li>  <li>May operate non-CDL&nbsp;vehicles and other light equipment; uses chainsaws, power and hand tools.</li>  <li>May perform custodial duties, such as sweeping, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, litter pick-up, emptying trash cans, and other related manual tasks.</li>  <li>May assist in cleaning illegal campsites and graffiti removal.</li>  <li>May assist in watering, mulching, staking, and pruning trees.</li>  <li>May perform grounds-keeping duties that includes the operation of landscape, turf, and irrigation tools and equipment.</li>  <li>May assist with a variety of task in natural areas, including&nbsp;ridgeline, waterway, or wetland maintenance and restoration work, trail work, and the removal of invasive vegetation.</li>  <li>May erect street and traffic signs; may maintain and paint pavement legends.</li>  <li>May assist in maintenance and construction of traffic signals and street lighting.</li>  <li>May handle sewage equipment and clean&nbsp;tankage&nbsp;that contains sewage.</li>  <li>May place signs, cones, high-level warnings, and/or barricades for safe control of traffic. (Traffic Control&nbsp;Flagger&nbsp;Certification may be required)</li>  <li>May lay tile or pipe; may place and set manholes or standpipe.</li>  <li>May perform easement work during maintenance of sanitary sewers.</li>  <li>May perform smoke testing of sanitary sewers.</li>  <li>Maintains daily work records.</li>  <li>May work in confined spaces.</li>  <li>May assist in the performance of carpentry, plumbing, and painting.</li>  <li>May operate and maintain hand tools, power equipment, and other light equipment.</li>  <li>May assist in maintaining tools and minor equipment.</li>  <li>May perform customer service in providing information to the public.</li>  <li>Supports and respects diversity in the workplace.</li>  <li>Performs related duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li>  </ul>  <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>  <ul>  <li>Some experience in general maintenance and/or parks maintenance desirable.</li>  <li>Must be 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.
